Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided that items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) working days after inspection of the returned goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the product received is defective.
