At Thaqwa White, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver products purchased through our website www.thaqwawhite.com.

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

We offer delivery across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination, courier efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or public holidays. In general, deliveries are completed within 3–7 business days for most locations, but remote areas may take longer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. Thaqwa White is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. In cases of promotional offers or minimum purchase amounts, free shipping may be provided.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Thaqwa White will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to courier partner delays, customs clearance issues, or natural disasters.
