Returns + Exchanges

At Thaqwa White, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality Islamic clothing and products. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms set out below.

We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. The returned items must be in a resalable condition, free from stains, odors, or damage.

Certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, attar (perfume oils)

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us via email or phone within the specified return period, providing the order number and details of the product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs as proof. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Replacement and exchange delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days 

Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) working days after inspection and approval of the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Thaqwa White reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated above.
